WebEven when you reach rank 9 the sources for gear are slim, it's vendors (although they mostly only have blues and purples), the orange/artifact encounters, and the sunken airdrops (there's 4 rank 9 actually, one of the inhibitor cases in that area is also 9). All the rest of the loot in the world is rank 6, which is really lame.
