WebRailjack is probably the best way to be honest. Typically I do 5-10 missions in Gian Point, Veil and thats enough to level a companion to 30. Really all you need is Tether, Forward Artillery, Artillery Cheap shot, and void cloak if you are solo and the missions shouldn't take longer than about 5 minutes.
