Also - I figured out a solution! 😄 The reason why this is happening is because there is overflow. And unlike macOS, Windows always shows a scrollbar if there's overflow. Click into either the Camera or Microphone section Set to "Ask before accessing (recommended)". It is recommended to make sure both Camera and Microphone are set to this.
