WebbIf not, the lots either didn't properly install (maybe your launcher is a mess, you don't have an required update or something), maybe they weren't included with the Sims3Pack somehow (it could be that the file is rather corrupt, the Exchange has a lot of corrupt files) or something else.

Then I ran the game one more time to make sure no into was working, which it was, and took no intro and no sparkles out and replaced them with only the skins and eyes.
