The larger the size you choose, the faster you will gain weight. WebbRoburky's patreon has an update from May 24 that says the mods were working with patch 1.88.213. It's been three weeks since then, but it seems likely they would still be working. If not, I'd keep an eye there at least. Roburky might just be busy right now.
