Even for players that don't have that unusual, sci-fi themed pack, this unique restaurant could fit into a variety of different places. It has a bar, places for Sims to sit and talk, and plenty of places to enjoy some tasty food. WebbSims should not be able to live in community lots. With the Cacti Casa lot, it looks like your game may have been affected by the issue that some simmers have had where the lot is classed as generic and then the lot type can't be altered. When that happens, simmers hsve needed to start a new save game file.
